With our Organic Boursin Blend you can make your own boursin cheese that is both organic and salt-free. Boursin cheese can be used as a dip, a spread for crackers or sandwiches, or in recipes. To make boursin cheese: combine 1 Tablespoon of Organic Boursin Blend with 1 8-oz. package of cream cheese and 1/2 stick (4 Tablespoons) of unsalted butter. Whip up until combined, then refrigerate for a couple of hours before using to let the flavors properly “marry”. Each package of our Organic Boursin Blend contains about 2 ounce, or enough to make 10-12 batches of boursin cheese.

Ingredients: organic granulated garlic, organic oregano, organic dill weed, organic basil, organic marjoram, organic thyme, organic black pepper.
