Organic Pesto Veggie Roast – No Salt

Roasting vegetables is one of the healthiest and tastiest ways to serve them, and our veggie roast blends will bring your roasting efforts to the next level. This version is salt-free.

Our Organic Pesto Veggie Roast adds some of the classic pesto flavors to your roasted vegetables. To use: add 1 Tablespoon +/- to the veggies of your choice, along with a little olive oil and some Parmesan cheese. Roast vegetables at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, or until done, stirring once or twice to assure even cooking. For a fuller flavor, let veggies marinade in the herb/oil/cheese mixture for a couple of hours before roasting.

You can pretty much roast anything, but some of our favorite vegetables to roast include: potatoes, carrots, zucchini, peppers, eggplant, Brussel sprouts, cubed squash, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, beets and turnips.

Each package of our Organic Pesto Veggie Roast contains about 2.7 ounces.
