Coleslaw with a bit of a zip.
2 cups mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
3 tablespoons wine vinegar
1/4 cup prepared hot mustard
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
10 cups shredded green cabbage
In a bowl, combine all of ingredients except the cabbage. Mix the dressing with the cabbage until all the cabbage is evenly coated. Refrigerate briefly before serving.
